We ship all orders within five business days of purchase and are delivered within 3-5 days of shipment. Delivery is handled by our partnering courier service provider. 

Customers will be provided with tracking information upon shipment. In some cases, tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.

We are not responsible for any delays or lost shipments caused by the courier service provider.

We reserve the right to refuse any orders that may appear suspicious or fraudulent.
